I understand as an SCTI, fidelity to the method is of utmost importance. Hence, the process of becoming a Spalding Certified Teacher Instructor is demanding and I will be held to an extremely high standard.

I have a critical understanding of The Spalding Method and teach it with fidelity.

I will implement refinements from past demo feedbacks (demos 1-5) into my daily teaching

I will incorporate all refinements from past demo feedbacks (demos 1-5) into demos 6 and 7

I will review all Demo Directions before implementing the demo lesson.

I will incorporate all demo requirements before recording/submitting the demo lesson.

I will review the feedback provided by a Spalding Executive Trainer and implement refinements before conducting subsequent demos.

I understand if I fail to meet a demo deadline, I will be removed from the cohort and payment will be forfeited.

I understand if my demo does not meet the Demonstration Expectations for a second time, I will be removed from the cohort and payment will be forfeited.

All certification videos become the sole property of Spalding Education.
